Katastrophaler Service!
Ich habe selten so ein Chaos bei einer Firma erlebt. Ich habe Tisch und Stühle bestellt, und laut Onlineshop war alles lagernd und lieferbar. Vier Tage nach der Bestellung erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Stühle leider nicht mehr lagernd sind. Es gab jedoch keinen Hinweis darauf, dass die Stühle in den JYSK-Filialen verfügbar sind. Erst durch mein Nachfragen wurde dies bestätigt, und ich musste die Stühle dann selbst abholen.
Eine Woche später wurde der Tisch endlich geliefert, jedoch fehlte ein Teil zum Zusammenbauen. Ich musste erneut bei JYSK reklamieren und erhielt die Information, dass der Tisch in den nächsten 2-3 Wochen ausgetauscht wird. Auf der Homepage wird jedoch mit einer Lieferzeit von 4-7 Werktagen geworben!
Später, nach mehrmaligem Drängen, wurde der defekte Tisch endlich bei mir abgeholt, aber die Spedition brachte keinen neuen Tisch mit und ich erhielt nicht einmal eine Information von JYSK über eine erneute Lieferung. Eine Woche später, nach weiterem Mailverkehr, erhielt ich von einer Dame die Auskunft, dass der Tisch diese Woche geliefert werden würde. Eine Stunde später bekam ich jedoch von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin die Nachricht, dass der Tisch nicht mehr lieferbar sei und erst Ende April an die Spedition gehen würde. Ich werde vermutlich Ende April oder Anfang Mai vielleicht den Tisch bekommen?
Ich habe am 14.03.2025 die Bestellung aufgegeben, als alles lagernd und lieferbar war, und habe nun immer noch keinen Tisch.

Sehr gute Preis - Leistung
Der Tisch wurde zeitnah geliefert und war einfach aufzubauen. Sieht sehr schön und auch sehr hochwertig aus. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
