Fin om du kan litt elektronikk og vil fikse batteriproblematikken selv

Disse består av en liten krets med timerfunksjon og en elektromagnet som får en plast"flamme" til å røre på seg, mens en gul LED med diffuser lyser opp nedenfra. Selve lyset er av voks, noe som er fint om en vil kutte ned størrelsen på dem litt da en kniv skraper ned disse lett - men det gjør at de er skjøre. Om en antar totalforbruk på 20mA for LED og elektromagnet og chip, vil to stk AA batterier på ca 1500mAh vare i ca 75 timer. 150 timer om de har fått bruken nedi 10mA (tviler). Det går fort med noen batterier da, så dette er produkter som burde brukt C batterier (ca 8000mAh). Burde være plass til C batterier så store som disse er. Andre nevner at oppladbare batterier ikke fungerer, som nok er fordi NiMh batterier er 1.2V og to av disse er 2.4V mot 3V på 2x engangsbatterier. Nye engangsbatterier er oppi 1.6V, 3.2V totalt, så på LEDs hvor spenning = lysstyrke så blir det for stor forskjell ned til 2.4V. Hadde det lyst i det hele tatt hadde det vært veldig svakt. Jeg valgte derfor å demontere mine to og lodde på ledninger til en buck converter (5V -> 3.1V) og USB-C port så jeg kan kjøre to av dem på USB og la dem stå på konstant. Det er fin elektronikk her og rimelig enkelt å jobbe med lysene siden de er av voks, så til 50 kr så er det fine "deler", men vet ikke hvor mye jeg kan anbefale disse om man vil bruke dem på batteri slik de kommer.

Fun fact

The cunddle looks so real that the police came to check up on me at 1.30 at night because they thought I forgot a cunddle on my window lighted up. Highly recommend it haha <3

sehr schön, aber nicht nachhaltig

Die Kerze macht ein sehr schönes, warmes und flackerndes Licht. Leider funktioniert sie scheinbar nur mit Einweg-Wegwerf-Batterien und nicht mit wiederaufladbaren Akkus... schade, nicht wirklich nachhaltig
